i have FFox 24 and Roboform 7.9.2.5. my Roboform logins disappeared, when i tried to access them via the Roboform toolbar, Logins. i reinstalled Roboform, that didn't work. i have rebooted several times, didn't work. Help!

Does Roboform still have your logins if you try it in Internet Explorer?

Actually, either way, I think you might need support from Roboform on this one, unless another forum user has heard about or experienced this problem.

I've not seen this problem, so I can only guess a solution:

It's possible that your local Roboform database has been corrupted.

As long as you've been syncing Roboform to their online backup, it may be that you've "lost" your login to your Roboform Everywhere account, and simply need to re-establish that connection.

In the Roboform toolbar main menu, select "Sync," then "Settings...," and re-enter your login credentials.

thank you for your prompt response. after bouncing all over the place yesterday afternoon, i finally found a Roboform Q&A on synchronizing which you suggested. i have it back now.
