In my machine i have to use java 1.7 version by default. But my application supports to java 1.6 version.

I need to use java 7 as default mandatory,so i am searching for the solution is their any option to set java 6 version to the firefox 10.0.2 version browser.

If possible please help me how to set java6 version to browser . Operating system is windows 7 64bit Firefox version=10.0.2

Would this work if you have a profile that only detects the needed java applet then launch the browser in another profile that only detects java 7? You can set the preferences separately in separate versions of the browser as well just have the Profile Launcher launch each time you open Firefox.
