In Full Screen Mode, I'd like to access my book marks using [alt] "B"

I use my key board short cuts extensively, one of my favorites is Alt-B for accessing my bookmark menu. I can use this shortcut when the tabs are visible but not in Full Screen mode.

You can't bring up the menu bar in full screen mode.
You can either use the Bookmarks Menu button on the Navigation Toolbar (hover to the top) or open the bookmarks sidebar via Ctrl+B.

Can I enter it as a suggestion; a desired feature?

It is possible to have the menu bar visible in full screen mode.

Add code to the userChrome.css file below the default @namespace line.

@namespace url("http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul"); /* only needed once */

#toolbar-menubar[moz-collapsed="true"] { visibility:visible!important; }

The customization files userChrome.css (user interface) and userContent.css (websites) are located in the chrome folder in the Firefox profile folder.
