No response when I click on sync.

Hello. I am new to the world of "sync". I just bought a tablet (new to that too.). On my desktop PC and my tablet I have the latest versions of Firefox (v42.0). I have created a Firefox account (username@wherever.com). I can log into the account from both my PC and the tablet. I want to sync the data on my PC to my tablet.

After logging in to my Firefox account on BOTH devices, on my PC I click on Tools/Sync now. There is absolutely no response. Perhaps I am overlooking something. Guidance from an experienced hand would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi adjudicator , The one obvious place is the bookmarks. One will be in the Mobile Bookmarks folder and the other in the Desktop Bookmarks folder.

Try to log out and log back in, however do not delete anything in either profile before re-attaching the accounts to the devices.
