When I click on "Show All History" under my "History" top toolbar heading, it shows three columns in a Library: name, tags, and location. But up until yesterday, it also showed the dates for all my saved browsing history,. Why did the dates disappear and how can I restore them?

You can right-click the header bar to select which columns to show. You can also do this via the Views menu (Views > Show Columns).

If you only see the time and not the date then that means that the items are from the current day. You only see the date if visits are from a previous day.
