Good day!

I have one question, because i don`t know what to do next .

I have a laptop, and there installed new, fresh, original copy of windows 7 home premium. In this laptop i install all needed programs. Of couse i istall my favorite browser firefox. But i don`t know why my browser usually have a crash.

What i have tried to solve this problem:

1. I have tried install newer version of firefox, and i try to install broswer in another folder.

2. i Check Operating System. All files installed correctly.

3. I check HDD . There is no Badblocks.

4. I check RAM. There is no errors.

Crashing module in that crash report: onepin-opensc-pkcs11.dll Red-flagged 8 times at the start of that report.

Did you install anything for enabling smart cards in Mozilla Firefox?


Plus nvwgf2um.dll is re-flagged 8 times (2 batches of 4 in threads 28 & 29)

I believe that file is related to NVIDIA graphics drivers.

Did you install the newest video drivers after re-installing Win7 ? Check the website for the manufacturer of that laptop for drivers and make sure you have the latest version of drivers for that laptop.

We need click-able hyperlinks for retrieving crash reports - ain't gonna type every character from am image to look at all those reports.

I turn off all plugins but firefox still have a crash.

I try new version of video drivers. Maybe there is a problem.

  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
