TWC installed a new cable box over a month ago now I cannot get me emails from Thunderbird. Tried to work it out with TWC and after trying various things they told me it is a thunderbird problem. The issue is when I bring up thunderbird for me emails it asks me for my password to mail.twc.com but when I put it in it tells me it is the wrong password even though I can go to the rr sight and at mail.twc.com sight and it lets me put that very password in and it works. What can I do to get my emaila cause now I need to send an attachment but I cant do it from the mail.twc.com sight for some reason.
