Firefox crashes as soon as it's started - we start the crash reporter right away without seeing the Firefox window. I don't see it running in the background. The PC was rebooted but that hasn't helped. i tried creating a new Firefox profile but that changed nothing. Firefox was clean-installed but that hasn't helped. We've tried starting Firefox in safe mode but it continues to crash at startup. My crash report id is bp-006e05cc-45d8-482f-92e8-9a52a2170206.

Hi

Thank you for your question and for providing that crash ID - really useful and helps us to find a solution.

I have had a look at that report, and I believe that the crash is being caused by the Websense software you are using not being quite up to date. You can read more about this, together with a couple of suggested solutions here.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solutions for you.
