There are a couple of troubleshooting steps that I would recommend right away:

  1. Please make sure that Firefox is up to date, then try another version of Firefox Update Firefox to the latest version
  2. Check your printer for any errors by running Run Printer troubleshooter, the windows forums recommend these steps https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/i.../fix-printer-problems
  3. If there is still an issue after troubleshooting the saved printer settings and following these troubleshooting steps in the Firefox preferences: Fix printing problems in Firefox
  4. Lastly, try a new profile, create a new Firefox profile by starting it from Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles (reference: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1155797)

Please do post back with any questions about these troubleshooting steps, I am happy to help, as are others in the forum :-)
