Hello - please update Firefox to the latest version which is 57.0.1, 44 is no longer safe to use. You can get the latest version from: https://firefox.com >> To use a proxy server, go to about:preferences in your URL bar. At the bottom of the General tab there is a Network Proxy setting menu. From there you can manually enter the proxy configuration or add the proxy URL.

On older versions of Firefox this can be found under Advanced tab, then Network Settings.
