Hi I was on the ebay web site, a Microsoft error report started up it then requested a reboot which I did. After that I could not get back the ebay web site all I get is the Error code SSL no cypher overlap. The laptop is using win10 64bit, bitdefender ant virus. Its a new laptop with just a few things loaded of in the last few days.
