I am not sure what happened. I woke up this morning to a bunch of jibberish text on my computer screen. I was finally able to reboot it, but have lost several years of email. I have two email accounts through Thunderbird. On one of my accounts I lost all of the email from my "inbox" and "sent" folders. On the other account, I just lost all email from my "sent" folder.

Please help.

p.s. I did receive a crash report

Thank you

If you are talking about a windows crash then there is all sorts of issues that may mean you will have to locate your backups and restore from those.
