Greetings, recently firefox 96.0.2 crashed running on windows 10. I had installed it long ago and I had tabs that were were active and I had installed 7 add-ons (extension). when I opened firefox after crash, I discovered 1 - no tabs existed, 2 - settings were as though it was a fresh install (I had to configure settings all over again) 3 - and no extensions I looked for restore under menu bar (the 3 stacked up lines) so far I have been unable to restore my old tabs and extension etc

I hope there is method to bring tabs back (most important). I tried to copy last month history with no success. Thank you for your help in advance. -Sed

Sometimes when the browser thinks there is a problem with the profile, it will create a new one.

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.
