I have another kind of problem with Firefox

Description

The bottom of my screen flickers when I access the internet. It doesnt happen when I use my computer in any capacity which doesn't involve the internet. Ive also been warned recently by both Facebook and paypal that my accounts had been comprimised and that someone had been attempring to make purchases. Ive done various scans with my anti virus programme and it cant find anything wrong. Im also the only administrator on my laptop and no one else at all has any access to it.
