Our website, www.ucfs.net, keeps coming up as a "we can’t confirm your connection is secure" site. Is there a way to make this site secure so anyone using Firefox or does each user have to go through the steps to secure it?

Our website, www.ucfs.net, keeps coming up with an error message that it can't confirm your connection as secure. I went through the steps to confirm the site and get the certificate which we do have and it's not expired. Now the site comes up fine on my PC. However, other users are getting the same message when using Firefox. Does this mean that each Firefox user has to do what I did to fix the issue or is there some way I can fix it so any Firefox user will see our website is ok and not get any messages?

Thank you for your help. I think the Geotrust link is what we are looking for. Going to try that and see if it works. Thanks again!
