I'm having a problem where Firefox keeps asking for my Amazon password, even though I tell Firefox NOT to remember this password. In Firefox options, Amazon is clearly listed as a site for which not to save passwords.

Do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the "Site Preferences"

Clearing "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, and passwords.

Thank you! In "Clear Recent History," I unchecked "Site Preferences" as you said, and that worked.
