As shown here seems to be that Firefox has a lot of problems that make our systems work very slowly and is not fixed this bug yet? Since version 3? So at the moment I'm thinking about removing the Firefox browser, however I think this bug is designed to collect information about our systems so don’t claim you are smart enough! We know you want to know more about our systems? Right?

First, please check out this new support article: Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox.

Second, when you get a new crash, you may be able to find the specific "id" for it by typing about:crashes into the url bar and pressing enter. A list of crash links should appear. By posting the latest ID with your question here in the forum, someone who understands how to read crash reports and make more specific suggestions.

hello, in case these plugin crashes appeared after the update of the adobe flash plugin to version 11.3, please refer to the following article for common solutions Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox.

edit: crash reports do contain data about your system - but for the sole purpose of identifying causes for the crash and for mozilla to fix them. you always get the choice if you want to submit those data.
