Ctrl+J now brings up the Library. In about:config, browser.download.useToolkitUI is set to True, which was the fix for this problem in previous versions. The Library isn't a desirable interface because:- - takes longer to appear - no "clear downloads" button - no "pause", "stop", "refresh" button - takes up more screen space - resizing it to take up less screen space also affects how the History is viewed (History needs a big window with lots of detail, Downloads otoh needs a little window exactly like the one Mozilla has tried to get rid of). History and Downloads and Bookmarks and Tags don't belong in a single Library any more than my bags of groceries, the street I live on, or my shopping list belong in the same physical Library. - no download progress shown (or if it is shown it is less conspicuous) - the change was not optional, in this day and age ANY change to a UI however slight should be opted for by the user. If I roll back to FF25, the initial install will have the "automatic update" box checked, causing it to automatically download and install FF26 before I can get to the checkbox. So it would be good to have a way of bringing back the old download window.
