I can login to most all of my sites. When I try to login to ebay.com It comes up with The connection was reset 

"The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

   The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."

And in the tab says "Problem loading page".

I have been working on this for two days. For some reason it was coming up for a while earlier today and then it just keeps coming even though I hadn't even made any changes. I have windows 8.1

Please help me!

Did try clear your recent history?

This happens in Safe Mode?
