I signed up for a Mozilla Survey that then warned me of a bad certificate on the domain qsurvey.com and returned a 'file not found'; Is this an Official survey?

1) I clicked on a link to participate in the survey 2) Firefox reported that the domain had a bad certificate, I did not bypass the warning and closed the page 3) After searching Firefox support for similar questions I found 1 or 2 other users with the same problem, where Mozilla administrators verified the survey was legitimate 4) I returned to the link, clicked and bypassed the bad certificate warning 5) The Firefox survey returned 'File Not Found' on qsurvey.com 6) I attempted to use the unsubscribe link, it also returned 'File Not Found'

Hi We are working to improve the Mozilla Firefox Support Site and we need your help. If you don't mind, please fill out this survey -- it should only take a few minutes.

I have received reminders to complete the survey but its not possible How do I unsubscribe from this survey?
