lvxstardude and lvxunlimitedstar yahoo.com are the same person! is that why I can't sync? This needs fixed and what's with different passwords for mobile, sync?

Great I have to ask the community instead of firefox techs!

I seem to have two accounts on mozilla, some need my lvxstardude account but others my lvxunlimitedstar account. These should be merged it seems a separate password and account for mobile, sync and pc, that is ridiculous. My Razr synced when I use to use that but my LG will not sync. In fact my LG says if I click on settings and SYNC, singed in as lvxunlimitedstar at yahoo dot com, now I go to my browser on my LG under firefox help and it will not let me sign in under lvxunlimitedstar at yahoo dot com because "Username may only contain only English letters, numbers and ./-/_characters." What the heck with that!!!!! So I have to sign in under lvxstardude which it accepts but now I am signed in on my phone in two places under two different user accounts simultaneously!

SYNC is really cool when it actually works.

When I sign in as lvxstardude there is no sync option listed at the side under profile.

Even signing in here I can't sign in under my email address but for some reason on my phone I am signed in under the email address and I have no option to change to lvxstardude, when I click signed in as it does nothing.

Furthermore different places I go to to reset my password give me different accounts to reset.

Is there any tech support for this or not?

Hi Lvxunlimitedstar , Sorry for the delay in response, I understand that there is some strange behavior for a sync account across three devices. The first is that you login with an email for a username and on another device just a username.

The new version of sync will only allow a valid email to sign in at accounts.firefox.com.

Where are you logging in for the username lvxstardude? And is there a symbol in the name? If it gives you this error it is possible to merge the two by disconnecting the account giving errors and adding the device to the other account. This will merge them to one account.
