In FF Desktop I can tag my bookmarks. In Firefox Mobile (Android) there is no such feature. Why? Is there a plan to change this?

Generally speaking, syncing bookmarks is not very well implemented up to now. The handling of bookmark folders and the sync process is quite different in desktop and mobile version. This makes it complicated for users.

Good question! The Firefox for Android team are aware that this functionaliy is missing. It's a small team, but they have a bug logged about the issue and it will be addressed eventually.

Until then, it's just a case of waiting. Sorry! :(
