In this version there is an update to the Sync feature that requires old sync account users to create a new sync account. This is because the services were updated to a new server and interface.  But never fear there is a way to still get a copy of the old profile if you still have the recovery key from the previous sync account, if not, if you have a back up of the profile you should be able to restore this to a new profile on the new sync account.

Do you have a back up of the profile folder from before you updated and synced? If so you may be able to restore the data to the previous version.
