When I try to access my Firefox mail, it keeps asking me for a new password for imap/aol. I have even changed the password for this but it still says the login has failed and perhaps the server is down. But I have no problem logging in to aol mail from my browser. this is very irritating!

  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
