I have downloaded the latest version of firefox when i go to install it says can not connect to internet error. i can browse with internet explorer and chrome.

running windows 7 and i have already messed with the firewall by allowing add the program and still same error. it all started with browser not connecting to the internet so i uninstalled it and tried downloading it with a new version and still same error on install with can not connect to the internet.

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select Network. Look for Configure How Firefox Connects and press the Settings button. Check the settings.
