For Large deployment - Technical Solution
We would like to explore Mozilla Thunderbird email client for large environment. Around 5000 users
However I may need some technical support who can give all answer and assistance on deployment/configuration i.e. technical solutions, etc
Could you assist.

Thunderbird is open source. Nothing around the project other than some add-ons has a financial cost. If you want a consultant you will probably have to advertise for one. But support is provided on a volunteer basis and there is a fairly good level of technical expertise.
