Is it possible to predefine recipients ("To:" line already filled), when forwarding a message that meets some rule?
I want to add an account in Thunderbird that will be used only for one purpose. Therefore, I would like to have something like "Forward to:" button, where recipient(s) are already defined. So all mails (or just mails that meet some rule), that are received to this account can be forwarded with not filling "To:" line.

You could add a Message Filter where all the correspondents are filled in as "Forward to:" settings.
And you could probably do this instead at the account's incoming server, so that the forwarding would be silent and automatic, and not dependent on your Thunderbird being up and running.
Hello
I did not mention one very important thing: Before forwarding, user needs to add some text in mail body above quoted text, and after that to forward this to predefined recipient. So, an e-mail that user has received is not the same as the one he is forwarding. The last one has additional text in mail body.
