TYPING ONE NUMBER OF USER ID BRINGS UP A STORED USER ID AND THE PASSWORD COMBINED IN ONE STATEMENT. IT NEEDS TO BE DELETED. CANNOT FIND ANY REFERENCES TO THE WEBSITE IN SAVED PASSWORDS FILE. That would be the form filling built into Firefox. Click in the field and enter a character. If anything shows up, highlight that using the arrow keys. Then press Delete (Mac=Shift Delete). Repeat as needed.

You can rename (or delete) the formhistory.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder to remove all saved form data.
You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)
