I love Firefox, but once the homepage comes on it won't connect to anything else. Help.

Firefox started posting a request for donations on the start page. After that I could not get it to browse. The beach ball would spin and end up with the start page and a donation request. Firefox was my browser, but it wouldn't browse. I downloaded the latest version thinking that would help, but after the free download, the opening page was the donation page. I don't know how to make the browser browse. I click on my favorites and nothing, beach ball then homepage with donation request.

hi TCTPT, please download and install the latest version of firefox from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ and see if that helps. in case you're having nvidia forceware network access manager software present on your device, you should also consider uninstalling it: Connectivity or crashing issues after Firefox 43 update
