Hi vietvet, after a Refresh, you probably have Firefox's built-in home page instead of the one you were using before.

Who is your email with? Usually that is the second part of your address after the @ sign.

These are some popular home pages of sites that have email services. If you load the page for your services, you'll probably find the email icon there.

Yahoo: https://www.yahoo.com/

Gmail: https://www.google.com/

AOL: http://www.aol.com/

Hotmail/Outlook: https://www.bing.com/ or http://www.msn.com/
