Is there a possibility of one e-mail to send every four months automatically with Thunderbird. Or on a preselected date? Also, if Thunderbird at that time is not active? I'm using Poppeeper to preview my mail and start Thunderbird only if there are about 100 mails at the server I want to keep.

Thunderbird doesn't do that. Look for a web service providing that functionality.
