I'm trying to save a webpage from the Firefox mobile browser, and I can't find any way to do it. I can save as a PDF, but doing so strips out a lot of the page content. Specifically, I'm trying to transfer a list of links, and saving as PDF removes all links. I did find another app called "Save page as..." which lets you share the page to the app to save the HTML, but that doesn't work either because the page I'm trying to save requires a login, so all that app ends up saving is the login request.

Does anyone know any way to do this on Android? Kinda frustrating that Firefox's only option to save a page DOESN'T actually save the page... :(

Hey there urza 9814, You are using Android version of firefox , in it you will find an add on section , go there and search for the save page add on , there will be many options with different specifics , try installing one you like they will do the job for you.

I found an add on called :- ScrapBook , i believe it will be on the android platform too ,

Here's some info about it :- ScrapBook is a Firefox extension, which helps you to save Web pages and easily manage collections. Key features are lightness, speed, accuracy and multi-language support. Major features are:

  • Save Web page
  • Save snippet of Web page
  • Save Web site
  • Organize the collection in the same way as Bookmarks
  • Full text search and quick filtering search of the collection
  • Editing of the collected Web page
  • Text/HTML edit feature resembling Opera's Notes

you can look onto it.

I think you find it helpful . Have a happy browsing with us.
