Every time I compose a new email, or I am replying to an email, I would like to CC myself into what I am sending by default. Currently I have to type my email into the CC field. But if there is a rule or something that can automatically take care of this that would be amazing.

Is there a reason you need duplicate copies of everything you send or are you having issues with 'Sent emails not being saved? Everything you send should have a copy in the 'Sent' folder.

To Cc yourself:

  • Right click on mail account in Folder Pane and select: 'Settings'
  • Select: 'Copies & Folders' for mail account
  • Select the checkbox to 'Cc these email addresses'
  • Enter your email address.
  • click on OK

If you want to have the sent message copied to the same folder from which it was sent, check 'Place replies in the folder...' in the Copies & Folders settings.
