Firefox Sync accounts can be logged in from this menu: [about:preferences#sync] IF there is no account there and you have created one before click sign in, it will take you to this page: [about:accounts?action=signin&entrypoint=preferences] If you forgot your password, please keep in mind there is no back up and if you change your password nothing will be recoverable. However, if all of the contents of your profile are still on your computer, this should not be an issue. Create a back up of your profile first. [[Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles]] Is it a different Mozilla account?\ For the [items between the brackets] you can copy and page the content into the url bar and it will take you to the menu in firefox.
