Have lost all saved passwords so cannot create new one
Cannot send emails as being asked for password. Deleted password manager & saved passwords by mistake. Cannot create a new one without knowing the old one

Your password is administered with your email provider. There may not be anything wrong with your password though. Go to your providers Webmail site and see if your username and password work there. If it does not work reset it with your provider. The password error can also be caused by incorrect server settings. Get a current list of settings from your provider and make any needed changes in Thunderbird.
