Hi
The best way to do this would be to use Firefox Sync.
Set up and sign into you account on your first device and force a sync to occur (in the Sync settings tap the refresh element)
Leave it a short while and then sign into your account on your new device. You bookmarks should download after a short while.
I hope that this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.

I'm free. Phone is not on the internet anymore. I was hoping that I could do this on an SD card.
I'm afraid this phone it's not on the internet anymore.
Sorry I answered this yesterday. I guess it didn't go through. when I activated the new phone. they automatically deactivated the old phone. is there any way that I can sink without going on the internet?
There is no way to transfer bookmarks locally.
Though phones can connect to a WiFi network connection to reach the Internet. I have several phones without a SIM that are connected to WiFI and sync just fine.
Thank you! I didn't even realize that. Is there a tutorial out there for doing sync? I never done it before.
