Hello. Firefox does not remember the position of the tab on the ribbon of tabs
Hello. There is a problem with the tabs displayed on the ribbon tabs. Firefox does not remember the position of the tab on the tape. Suppose we have many open tabs, more than can be displayed on the panel, for example, twice, and there are tabs scrolling arrows. The active tab is in the middle of the panel, the video from Youtube is played on the tab.
Now if we press the button to expand the video to full screen, and then exit the full-screen mode, the active tab will not remain in its former place ie. in the middle of the tape, and the tabs in the far right corner will be displayed. Those. the tape will scroll without user action. And the active tab will change the display location on the screen.

If is your Profile :
This does not work. the problem occurs if the left side is not a display tabs, you can scroll to the left. see the first picture.
There is no contacting the Developers. What you have is Volunteer Support that is it.
What about your Tab Overflow is it working ?
There are Extensions for doing what you want if things can not be fixed by a Refresh which I gather your not interested in.
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/open-tabs-next-to-current/
I would think this one will work if not search, but is the only open next to, all are close to the right.
Please comment in your Question.

The tape overflow works fine, there are no problems. perhaps you do not understand what the problem is. It is on all computers where the browser is installed without exception. It's about already open tabs and not about new ones. order such. 1. open 30 tabs. 2. Spin to the middle 3. In the 15th tab, open the YouTube window. 4. Launch the video 5. open the whole screen 6. back to the view in the window 7. The tab with the video is transferred from the middle of the tape to the left side.
Hi, please try a Refresh but Note that this does more than uninstalling and re-installing does. Normal uninstalling does not remove some preferences which may have become corrupt. Please Refresh but do this 1st:
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles
then
Do not use anything but your bookmarks.

this does not work. I have 5 computers and my colleagues have the same problem. The problem exists with version 50 probably. Did you do what I wrote? you need to maximize the video, not the browser window.
I don't think that there is much you can do to prevent this as this is standard behavior in current Firefox releases.

yes I think also. I'm trying to draw the developers' attention to this. not a big problem but very annoying.
