I am leaving AOL and need a secure ESP -- one that doesn't scan my emails -- that also can configure with TB and also support a reply-to filed, so I can use whatever reply to email address I want.

The ESP does not have to be free.

GMX is pretty good and very popular in Europe. Americans are just catching on. https://www.gmx.com/

Now, about any email you like in reply to. You might find issues with just about any provider these days. But GMX is one that is less likely to as the parent is a German LLC. So their actions are governed by German privacy laws. I think probably the most "private" in the world. They will however insist on the correct From and most mail is web based and uses from as the preferred reply to these days. Web mail is not usually particularly RFC compliant.
