I've create an email template because I need to send the same mail to different companies, and need to paste part of a Word document below the email. (Each recipient gets a different part of the document, so I can't include that in the template.) The problem is, every time I paste the document into the body of the email, a slew of named anchors show up. There are NO anchors in my original document...and unfortunately, the "Remove named anchors" is grayed out on the menu. I've tried to delete the anchors, but they won't delete. How do I get rid of these stupid things??
