Hello.

Was forced by employer off of Thunderbird and over to Spark.

Migrated via IMAP which worked okay - but I had a large pile of sent mails in the sent box and the structure did not migrate.

It looks like:

Sent <current sent mail>

 -->2012
      ---> 201201
      ---> 201202

Etc, so 8 years of sent mail in the sent folder.

How do I get those mails exported/imported? I tried the exportImportTools to pull my old profile into a new account but that did not work. Everything else seems to point to getting things into Thunderbird,.

Thanks!

After a quick look at Spark, I don't think there's any way to import or export mail, or access local mail stores - it serves only to read a cached copy of mail in IMAP accounts. It's as if you used TB with the setting to not keep messages for offline access - headers only are downloaded and message content is downloaded only when a message is opened, and then it is stored in the cache.

Uploading mail to an IMAP folder is possible, but it has to be done in small batches.
