Paypal won't load in firefox... blank page is displayed

Hello, I am trying to make a paypal purchase and firefox will not load paypal.

I have tried in safe mode, I have tried clearing the cache

If I clear cache and use safemode it will make it to the login page then be forwarded to a blank page after I login. ...After I have logged in even the paypal main page (https://www.paypal.com) will just load blank.

Update: I managed to get through to the Paypal page using a fresh install of Brave. But, after completing the purchase and trying to get back to the Paypal page I get a 403 error... After a little more poking around, this seems like a Paypal problem NOT necessarily a Firefox problem.
