Pop-Up Blocker Icon on Browser

Hello.
What happened to the pop-up blocker icon to the right of the URL address bar?
It used to show how many pop-ups were blocked during a session and had an option to 'allow' pop-ups on a specific website.

To be clear:
The 'block pop-up windows' setting has been enabled but there is no information bar below the URL bar.
Is the information bar only displayed when a pop-up is blocked?

In case I was unclear:
My pop-up blocker is enabled by default.
I am aware that when Firefox blocks a pop-up, an information bar is displayed along with an address bar icon.
Is it possible to display the information bar (so that I can keep track of pop-ups?) without Firefox blocking a pop-up first?
No, that isn't possible as far as I know.
