When I reply to "all" I would like to address it just to the person who sent it to me, but include all of the people he sent it to, without revealing all of the names and email address which came with the email to me. I don't want to repeat the "netiquette" breach the sender committed. Is there any way to BCC the other recipients? Is there a "BCC reply all" mode? Thanks.

Does this add-on at least help you avoid not sending BCC?

It doesn't seem to do what I am trying to do. I will have to work on it and see what happens. Thanks for your suggestion!
