cannot record on Facebook massenger cause firefox doesn't allow it

there is a problem with Firefox in its latest version...

I want to record massages but i'm getting an error massage that i must go into firefox and allow it to use the microphone but i cant! i cannot put the facebook address into it. My friend also tried doing it and there is a problem. Before i'm moving to another browser can you help me?

Try this. ctl+i to get page information, on the Permissions tab, towards the bottom, 'Allow' the microphone.

unfortunately it doesn't work... i did exactly that but it still wont let me use the microphone in Facebook massanger... :-( it doesn't save it so every time I'm going into the preferences the option for the microphone is "always ask" but it doesn't ask... I managed to put Facebook inside and permit using the microphone but it's not working what can i do about it? Lots of my friends were also tried and they got the same error with firefox
