All of the free to download and use web browsers do not have one on on support by phone, email or chat. Some may have (paid) for options for say Enterprise users.

Any applications that have one on one support options by phone, email and or chat tends to be for those you paid for like say paid for antivirus because you well paid for it.

Also nobody here is a bot in case you think that. If you want help give useful information on what you what help on and not vague information making people ask for more information so people can help you.
