Unable to log in to Fidelity account
Yesterday morning everything was fine. I attempted to check something last night on my Fidelity account, and got the following message: "Sorry, we can't complete this action right now. Please try again." Same this morning. Fidelity could not figure it out, and is sending me to you for assistance.
FYI: I am able to connect to all other accounts I attempted: NY Times, Chase bank, etc. Also, when I tried to log in to Fidelity via Microsoft Edge, I was able to get in. (NOTE: I DO NOT wish to use Edge or any other browser - I prefer Firefox)
Can someone help me?

Try clearing site cookies and disabling Tracking Protection for the site.
Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
