128.2.3esr 64bit on Ubuntu Linux (24.04) I had the provider plugin for google calendar and lightning working for years now. But then some appointments could not be closed. So I did the search on this site and the solution was to remove the add-on and use the internal calendar function. I did that and connected with my google account to have my calendar events back. But that left out all my contacts birthdays. How do I get them (the birthdays out of my google contacts) back into Thunderbird? Search brought something up about installing a plugin for the birthdays, but since I had to remove a plugin to have things working nearly as they should, I did not go the road to install a plugin after removing one.
