This is a community support forum as there is no form of direct chat, ticket, email, or phone support from Mozilla for a 100% free to download and use application. Pretty much every web browser has their own form of community support forum of some sort.

Mozilla does have direct ticket support but only for their products that are subscription based as you paid for said support as part of subscription. An example product is Mozilla VPN. It is generally the applications that you either purchased or pay a subscription (paid for antivirus clients for example) that you may then have access to a form of one on one support with them.

You need to have patience as replies can take anywhere from minutes to hours or longer as you only posted your first thread a minute earlier before posting this.
