I cannot send aol email until solving an "image puzzle" but I cannot load an image puzzle to solve, what do I do? Tools, then what?

Today I am unable to send aol email messages until I solve an image puzzle, but, an image puzzle does not load, what do I do. The instructions indicate for Firefox Display images in Firefox 1. In Mozilla Firefox, click the Tools menu and then Options. 2. Click the Content tab, select the check box next to Load images automatically and then click OK. 3. Now go back to the item you wanted to email and see if you can see the image challenge.

But, there is no OPTIONS to select in the menu. What do I do?

Try to look Edit->Preferences instead of Tools->Options
