I cannot download firefox only get a black web page
i deleted firefox so i could do a fresh install because of download problems. i deleted the app with clean my mac which deletes everything to do with firefox. i have tried to download firefox again but i just get a balck web page while its trying to give me a dmg file any help would be good , i think i have deleted something important.

Go to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ and click the download button. What happens?
i click the download button , it goes to this address:
http://mozilla.ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de/mozilla/firefox/releases/9.0.1/mac/en-US/Firefox%209.0.1.dmg
all i get is a black web page no pop up to save or install. my block pop up windows on safari is off! i have also reset safari too! p.s i only deleted firefox because everytime i downloaded a file from the net it always came in at 4kb and stopped! some files was over 100 mb but they downloaded and finished @ 4 kb
